The Frigo 1 high speed productivity door has a self supporting, corrosion resistant powder coated steel frame with heated side guides and a single skin curtain which is ideal for separating two below freezing cold storage areas. The Frigo 1 has an average speed of 48" per second and full perimeter sealing to help save energy and maintain the different climates within cold storage facilities.The Frigo 1 includes Nergeco's patented reinsertion system. If accidental impact should occur, the door will automatically reinsert itself without operator intervention.

Product Features:

High Speed Roll Up Fabric Door, for clear openings to 13’ by 13’. Typical use is for separation of two below freezing cold storage areas.

  • Flexible vertical roll up curtain, reinforced sealed welds
  • Self-supporting, corrosion resistant, powder coated steel frame is standard
  • Optional stainless steel frames are available - call for information
  • Flexible, patented soft bottom edge with superior sealing
  • Average door speed is 48” per second, allowing unimpeded traffic flow
  • Fully Automatic Reinsertion system uses no springs, counterweights or cables. The curtain releases from the frame upon accidental impact and reinserts during the next opening cycle
  • Roll cover is standard, motor covers are optional
  • The door is factory pre-wired and the standard, PLC controlled, NEMA 4X control panels are UL/CUL listed.
